How is the lead time calculated in the Portal?

Propago shows shipping dates / lead times in the storefront for user groups who have Estimate Shipping Date set to Yes.   The Desired Ship Date is based on customer lead time + part lead time and shows when item is out of stock.  
To remove this information from the customer's storefront, the Administrator can go to the User group page and click NO for Estimate Shipping Date option.  
Estimate Shipping Date; if set to yes, will show Estimated Ship dates on all browse view pages, Checkout page, Place order page, Order Confirmation page and the order placed email notification.
