Why can’t I see any products in my client's portal?

There are a few troubleshooting steps you can take when you are unable to see products on the storefront as expected.  

1.) Make sure the part is active.

2.) Make sure the username you are logging in as has access to this product. 

  • To do this, go to the user profile, confirm the usergroup, and check that the usergroup has been added to the part category which the product resides. 

3.) Make sure the product is added to the correct part category. 

4.) Make sure the user has access to the part category.
