Learn how to Edit Orders and Orderlines.

Administrators can edit orders when they are in a Released, Firmed or Backordered status.  

Once you have completed editing the order, set it back to Released status so that it can continue through the fulfillment workflow.   

To edit an order that is in Released or Backorder status, click the Firmed button on the order details page.

1.) Edit Order and Shipping Details, Click to edit the following: 

- Shipping Details

- Order Comments

- Rush Order

- Carrier  

- PO Number  

2.) Edit Shipping Charges, Click to edit the following:

- Order Fulfillment Charge

- Additional Line Charge

- Estimated Ship Cost

- Sales Tax Charge  

3.) Edit Custom Fields, Click to edit the following

* These custom fields are those that were set up on the customer module. 

- Custom Field Values input by the customer.   

4.) Edit Bill To: Click to Edit the bill to information submitted by the customer.

- Bill to Name and address  

5.) Edit Orderlines: Click to Edit

- Add new orderline

- Remove orderline

- Update Quantity

- Update pricing

Once you have completed editing the order, set it back to Released status so that it can continue through the fulfillment workflow.
